Cox Design and Consult Limited were appointed to carry out a life cycle condition survey of Chessington Community College, part of the London Borough of Kingston Schools.
We carried out a full survey of the current condition of the building fabric, mechanical and electrical assets, to determine the extent to which the assets had reliably performed their function.
We then produced a detailed report to inform the client of the planned Lifecycle Works for the remainder of the current and the following contract years.
Cox Design and Consult Limited carried out the survey covering all disciplines and returned the report in under 1 week.
