No 1 Westferry Circus – Floors 6,7 & 8 was obtained by Crossrail in 2015 to further extend its available office space for multiple Crossrail teams.
Cox Design and Planning Ltd were appointed as lead design consultant by Cofely Workplace to carry out internal surveying and architectural design of the now occupied 6 th to 8 th floors. This project was similar in scope to No 1 Liverpool Street, which was to deliver an open plan office space across multiple floors for multiple different teams.
No 1 Westferry Circus is an office space dedicated to non-site based staff, however still required a number of dividable meeting spaces and also housed the innovational VR Crossrail training simulator.
Cox Design and Planning completed and delivered as built surveys for the project in December 2015.
The space is functioning well and is great example of a modern flexible working environment.
