Cox Design and Consult Ltd were appointed as lead consultant by Engie to carry out full condition survey and measured building survey of the above site. The building consists of the original old Hall and assembly rooms and a modern two storey office block containing the customer service centre and council Employees.
One completed we then produced a full detailed schedule and proposed repairs specfication and scope of works. Cox Design and Consult delivered the project in 1 week.
