Challenges
The works were required to be completed in a three-month window in live operational buildings which required detailed planning and a disciplined approach to project management and execution. Continuous collaboration with the ISS was crucial to align the project with stakeholder expectations. Works included various electrical installation works to support IT infrastructure upgrades critical the banks operations executed by COX in house engineers. The project was successfully completed and handed over within the timeline.
