Cox Design and Consult Limited were appointed to deliver design and build of a commercial extension to an existing portal frame warehouse in Newmarket, Cambridgeshire.
Our appointment entailed the production of full multi discipline design packages, delivered by our specialist in house team. Following a successful design stage, Cox Design and Consult Limited mobilised and commenced a 12 week construction phase, overseen by our inhouse construction management team and delivered by our well experienced supply chain.
Construction was completed on budget and the new facility is now open and in full use by the client.
