The world famous Star Café in Soho. Just off Soho square and Oxford Street. Cox Design and Consult Ltd were appointed as lead designer for tanking and full refurbishment works for the basement café area.
The Crossrail site adjacent had caused the basement to leak and required the design of an oldroyd pumped tanking solution along with a high end finish to the famous café. Clever consideration was also required for ventilation during and after construction.
