Cox Design and Consult Limited were appointed to prepare MEP design for our clients new flagship London HQ.
We took design from concept to construction stage for the fit out of two floors of the Velocity building. The scope of works was to carry out a full MEP survey of the existing system and to design/adjust the existing VRF, Fan coils and extraction system to suite the incumbent fit out design, which included office space, meeting and breakout areas and a notably a staff and client demonstration kitchen.
Cox Design and Consult also prepared and designed the new supply to cater for the new use/ facility, our Electrical Design Engineers also prepared LED lighting design including emergency fittings, relocation and adjustment of small power layout to suite.
